Refund & Returns Policy — Backyard Golf

Backyard Golf ("Backyard Golf", "we", "us", "our") stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to see if your item is eligible for return.

30‑Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all components included. A receipt or order number is required.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, arrived damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a discounted return label upon request and deduct it from your refund.

Restocking Fees (when applicable)

Backyard Golf may charge up to 50% restocking fees on:
• Golf enclosure kits  
• Clear vinyl kits & clear vinyl curtains  
• Simulators & tracking technology  
• Golf hitting mats & hitting nets  
• Shipping fees & custom orders  

How to Start a Return

Use our return portal at https://backyardgolf.ca/apps/returns. Once completed, follow the instructions to receive your return label and ship the item back. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email (see below).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Include photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
